IKAT is an opportunity for women leaders working in and for Southeast Asia to meaningfully connect, learn from one another and be inspired in their unique journeys. Hosted bi-annually in cities throughout the region, IKAT offers a platform for building relationships and understanding across borders, celebrating the diversity, heritage and opportunity of Southeast Asia. More than just a weekend, IKAT extends beyond the in-person gathering, connecting women leaders through genuine friendship, ongoing collaboration and lasting sisterhood all in pursuit of Harpswell’s core vision: a new generation of women leaders who create and inspire positive social change. Included in every ticket purchase is: ·Access to incredible IKAT programming from Friday afternoon to Sunday lunch, with regional and international guest speakers and diverse sessions for a wide range of interests ·One cocktail hour (Friday), two lunches (Saturday, Sunday) and one dinner (Saturday), alongside delicious coffee/tea breaks ·Access to the Harpswell alumnae sisterhood, including ongoing professional development opportunities ·A digital certificate of completion post-IKAT to share with your networks Not included in the cost of each ticket: flights, accommodation (Harpswell has secured accommodation partners with heavily discounted rates, which will be shared upon registration), breakfast, and transportation in Phnom Penh.
